The staff was attentive. I appreciated their dedication to cleanliness and comfort. Service was efficient. Requests were handled seamlessly. In-room amenities are great including a beautiful espresso machine and complimentary bottled water, refreshed daily.
The pool was a bit small. It felt crowded at times.

the bed was too high. it was uncomfortable, we felt cramped in the room. the room service kept turning off the ac, too hot when we returned. the business center had equipment failures and the 'it guy' seemed inexperienced, this caused a lot of inconvenience.

The gym had modern equipment. I saw three treadmills. I also used two stationary bikes. The nearby mall offered convenient shopping options.
The shower's hot water was inconsistent. It suddenly turned very hot. This unfortunately burned my back. The towels seemed dark and did not appear fresh.
